A fantastic day outing to this incredible venue. The animals were kept in pristine conditions, with staff that seemed to care and have good knowledge. They explain thoroughly the methods used to rescue, rehabilitate and accomodate for them as well as the ways we can assist. Very educational and a real eye-opener.

They also have a number of new exhibits in progress which I'd be excited to return once opened.

Food prices were high as expected. The one major improvement I can suggest is staff properly enforcing mothers to park their prams in the designated spots during shows and large crowds. The amount of ignorant and rude mothers who sit in the disabled rows at the front and then get angry when people in wheelchairs need a seat is disgusting.

From start to finish a fantastic experience. Short line to get in as we went in the afternoon on a Sunday. Polar Bears well looked after, patted a sting ray, met paw patrol characters and the underwater shark and coral reef experience was amazing. Up close and personal with a bull shark and turtles. Only negative was the 20min wait for the monorail but other than that the kids had a great day. Lots of rides with reasonable wait times for the little ones. Food and drink predicable in price (slightly higher than normal) simple solution.. pack your own lunch. Could not recommend highly enough.

Instead of forcing animals into confined spaces for perfect views, they allow the animals to have space and time to hide and be alone when necessary for their comfort.

A Gold Coast stalwart. I first visited nearly twenty years ago, and recently took my kids for their first visit. The place had changed quite a bit. Lots of areas had been redone - there is a decent outdoor eating section which is fully undercover, and some fancy playgrounds for the kids. As far as attractions go, the two coasters were quite fun, if not the most terrifying around. Not a fan of animal performances in general, and they still have a couple scheduled each day. Quite good displays on animals, with plenty of information. Some kitschy parts with tie ins to Nickelodeon that are best avoided. And like all theme parks they aren't cheap and there are plenty of ways they try to get more money from you.

Great experience. The plaza is great with mini games. But the mini games are expensive $5.00 for shooting basketball $10 for the squirting game ring toss the same as shooting game. The monorail going across it is spectacular the only monorail in Australia has a frozen coke place. Coffee place that sells a lot of stuff. The bad thing is that the burger place is $10 for a bucket of chips rip off! Storm coaster is great fun when on it heaps of times. Jet rescue is also great goes so fast. Great little kids roller coasters. penguin encounter is great. Great dolphin shows. Great place altogether

Can feel this park was operated with heart. Animals looked being well taken care. They expanded much and continuously improving along the years. Awesome tree house / sky climb / fortress. Kids were having fun with kid-specific rides and some sea lives touching area (you can even touch devil fish... impressive!!). Monorail ride gave you viewing the park with ease. The bad are the sucks shows - nearly slept for the entrance water bike show; and not many choices of food. Hope can improve in the near future.
