    The most friendly professional staff and the treatments are soo relaxing in the beautiful relaxing environment. Love the robes, tea and swim before treatment :)

    It's a gym suitable for your everyday busy person. There are usually 5 yoga classes per week that don't get packed out, very friendly staff, a 25 meter pool, a good gym and a spa area with a steam room. Perfect to get that balance as you get older and start facing physical difficulties. Also I find that people who go to this gym are down to earth and not so egotistical.
